Richard Llewellyn, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Llewellyn has over 35 years' experience in music education, working across music publishing, music technology and the wider music industry. As Chief Executive of TiME, he provides strategic leadership for the organisation, championing innovation, accessibility and collaboration across education and industry. Richard has worked with leading international music technology companies and continues to support educators through professional development, consultancy and thought leadership. He is a regular contributor to Ensemble, the journal of the Music Teachers' Association, where he writes on developments in music technology, teaching and creative practice.
Kate Rounding, Executive Director
Kate Rounding has over 30 years' experience in music, education and inclusive leadership. As Executive Director of TiME, she leads the organisation's strategic development, national programmes and partnerships, working across education, the music industry, technology and the cultural sector to improve access, strengthen collaboration and develop future pathways into music and the creative industries. Kate is passionate about creating opportunities that connect education with industry through innovation, accessibility and workforce development. She is a member of the Leicester Music Board and writes regularly for Music Teacher magazine, where she also serves on the magazine's Editorial Advisory Board.
